Vizcaya Museum and Gardens
The winter residence and pet project of the Industrialist James Deering of International Harvester fame. 50 acres set on Biscayne Bay is the setting where Deering created his European inspired estate. Sparing no expense furnishing Vizcaya, Deering's estate contains exquisite examples of Renaissance artwork and furniture. Gold Coast Railroad Museum
Historic railroad locomotives, passenger cars, freight cars and cabooses are featured along with several of significant historical importance including FDR's Ferdinand Magellan.
